Day 75, were so close to the finish line, and some of us are wondering what next after these 100 days? ( Dont worry there’s more to come) This is what brings me to responding to todays post by Ursula that by involving friends you can inspire and create something bigger!.. So Since she has involved me in participating and following her 100 days of positive thinking, when were done I get the torch passed along to me for 100 days to…(Tune in its a surprise)!..Creating all these activities everyday is fun for Ursula I presume, but also it can get a little bit hectic up there in your brain coming up with things everyday for followers, so why not share with your friends!
Back To today 75:
1. Think about the teammates (friends in your life), How can you help them, and how can they help you?
2. Never isolate yourself from good friends and family, we all need help in general and especially in times of crisis.
– Make plans at least once a week with 5 people who matter to you.
3. Write thank you notes. This is something my mom has instilled in me from a very early age. Me and my brother had to write a thank you note to anyone and everything, even if it was something as small as a letter to a parent who had you over for a first sleepover. At the time I was annoyed, but now I use it with much appreciation. Gratitude has no price on it, but feels like the biggest wealth in the world when you give it and receive it.
Have an awesome day!
