Day 100!!! The Finish!


Holy Moly! 100 days of positive thinking activities, and I cant even believe this time has already gone by so fast. Thanks so much to Ursula for this great idea. Not only did it inspire me, and help me ease through challenges these last 100 days, but I have truly adapted a new attitude for life, and am lucky enough to inspire others along the way as well.

In the past 100 days I’ve ran my first 5k, taken on yoga, raised 350 dollars for cancer (with the help of amazing friends and family). Ive adapted to eating vegan, cutting out all dairy and meat and fish products. I joined the american association for youth care givers as a volunteer. I started my own bracelet business that is quickly flourishing, and couldn’t of done it with out the help and support of such amazing people who i have in my life now.

-I put positive thoughts,vibes, and an attitude out into this world and recieved nothing but greatness in return. I am more than thankful than the life I life today, and the smile I continue to carry on my face.

Day 99!: Only one more day left!


Day 99 : with every end comes a new beginning!


1. Prepare to begin a new journey of putting your attitude to the test and into practice, these blogs helped but now its time to make it a way of life!

2. Have faith in yourself. You can really do anything you put your mind too, and have the power to master your own thoughts..remember every thought is a keep on being positive!

Day 98: Stay Focused


With this years school semester coming to a close in two weeks, my birthday coming up, and the holidays right around the corner, it is very easy to be distracted. Its important in life to give your attention to whatever task is at hand, and staying present to avoid stress, and other frustrations.  It’s easy to get uneasy when you have a million things on your mind..but i promise if you take on one task at a time, it will get done..breathe:)


Day 98 Stay Focused!


1. Remember completing tasks builds positive self-esteem

2. Remember nothing lasts forever.

3. Remember positive attitude is always a choice!

Day 97: Change is inevitable


After today only 3 days left! this journey has truly been an amazing one:)

Face Change! Day 97..Change is inevitable, there is nothing we can do about it but only have the option of going with change reacting on a positive note, or working against change (impossible). change can only be as disastrous as you let it!


Day 97 Decide to Face Change.

1. Make peace with change as it’s happening…look for the ways it can be happy!

2. List 3 positive changes.

– i use to not have balance when it came to going out with friends, and work. I surround myself with positive influences, and friends. I also have taken up a new love for eating healthy and clean (vegan) along with running and yoga.

3. Make small changes to see ya have some control of this natural process.

Last night i came down with the stomach flu, definitely made me realize how much i value my mom who stayed up with me from 11 am to 4am while i was feeling like death..i love her so much..

Today was great, as usual thanksgiving is because im surround by family all day:)..worke up early played football with my dad and brother n friends..and then spent the rest of day eating relaxing and of course more football:) Im so lucky to have such great people in my life.

Day 95 Be Thankful Everyday!

1. Keep a gratitude Jar, tree, journal, etc…write down gratitude daily…this has helped me through some of the hardest times in my life..but even in hard times we can always find something to be thankful for..

2. Don’t save your thanks for Thanksgiving…thank you goes a long way, it makes you feel good and the person being thanked of course:)

Day 94: You become what you think!

If you’re having crappy thoughts do you ever feel like your whole day is just crap? with the holidays coming up and Thanksgiving being tomorrow it the perfect time to just spoil yourself with experiencing true bliss. Notice whats around you and smile. The small stuff like family, friends, companions, good weather, a bed to sleep in, food to eat, and if you don’t have these things but can read this you have access to a computer, the internet, and a beating heart. So once again smile, experience joy and “enjoy it!” ..more joy will come if allow to come…

Day 94 Be HAPPY!!!

With school coming to a close this semester, starting a new business, working, and still tryying to make time for everyone in my life it is important for me to remember im not superwoman and just have to try and breathe and do what i can as long as im trying.

Day 90: Yesterdays a Little LAte.

Beating yourself up, or stressing about things that need to get done, or things that havent been done fast enough only just slows us down more. Is important to remember that rome wasent built in one day and neither will some of the tasks we need to carry out.
