Happy Positive Friday!

Its day 28 of Positive thinking, and its Friday! Hearing the words Friday already starts me on a positive note for the day:)

– Yesterday was exhausting! I pulled through though, and was out like a light by 9pm!

Early to bed however meant early to rise! Went for a morning jog and caught a beautiful sunset, and now its off to breakfast with my mom, and then volunteering today for youth care givers at the office depot center:)

Day 28 is all about:

Not letting you work be a negative environment. I can’t tell you how many times I walk into work and co-workers are complaining. I hate my job, my life sucks, etc etc. This negativity doesn’t mean you have to feel in and join! If they all drank that special suicide kool-aid would you? So if you cant find anything positive to come back at those negative comments with, the best advice I have is just walk away! go do your work!

1. Surround yourself with positivity at work today, so that means sit at that desk and smile! and if that negative co-worker happens to get in your way just ignore:)

2. List 10 things you are grateful for at work. We all know mine starts with bagel Thursday’s:)

You may not love what you do, but it’s up to you to change how you feel while doing it. If you are blessed enough to love your work, then this should all come much easier , so enjoy today all!
