Good afternoon all! Hope everyone’s week is off to a great start, and your putting all the tools and activities learned to use. I know I am:).
This week Has been so great and its only Tuesday! I’ve gotten up at 6am both days this week for a morning jog to the beach, had an amazing yoga lesson from Ira Yesterday, and today I have great energy at work.:)
Todays activities include:
Keeping track of those unwanted thoughts:
1. SOmetimes we get the best of ourselves and continue to have those repeated negative thoughts. Well like tracking all of our positivity, write down these negative thoughts on paper. This will get them out of your mind, and onto a sheet instead…..then
2. After 3 or so days go back to these thoughts and act as though you were to tell them to a friend and response through there perspective.
Example: I’ll never pass this class I’m so stupid…. Response=Your one of the smartest people i know! (Right these responses down too, and put them next to the negative thoughts).
