Day 20 of 100 days of positive thinking!

What a gorgeous morning! love waking up to clear skies and sun:)

– Yesterday was challenging to get back into the swing of things after the long break, but was able to fit in some yoga before class, and hung my visual board up right next to my mirror so I see it every morning.

Todays activity may seem simple, but its something we so easily forget to do. (just ask my mom she corrects me every time)

20. Stand up/ Sit up STRAIGHT!

– You can immediately feel the effects of walking into a room with your head held high. (Everyone else can feel it as well)

– Sitting up straight not only helps you breathe better, but also it aids in digestion, and energizes you!…Talk about a quick positive body change!
