Hello day 4 of Positivity!


Happy friday everyone! Four days down of Positivity, and it is starting to just feel like a way of life now. Today I woke up with more energy, a smile on my face, and fell asleep excited for what today has to offer me. On that note, I already feel accomplished at 7am this Friday morning.

Todays activities include via http://www.keepingskinny.wordpress.com include:

Practice positive affirmation. Do this by repeating a positive affirmation to yourself, either a phrase or your mantra used in yesterdays activity, or both! I will still practice my mantra of “Om” daily, 10 min of focus a day on nothing and just being (meditating) is a nice way to have a clear slate even in the middle of the day.

However, A positive Affirmation that I love is “My life is a joy filled with love, fun and friendship all I need to do is stop all criticism, forgive, relax and be open.” I will remind myself of this all day and through the weekend. For me its the weekends were I tend to lose grasp on things, so this affirmation will help!

1. Say  your mantra or affirmation at least 5 times today. Saying mine once this morning has already put a smile on my face:)

2. Simply enjoy your friday! maybe youll find that in joy in a yummy dirty martini at the end of the day, or a good movie and some popcorn. Either way “Its Fri-day Its Fri-day, you gotta get downnn on a Fri-day”…(funny Youtube clip)

3. Lastly, reflect on all the hard work you put in this week, and all the positive energy you put into this work week, for yourself, and others!
